Experience You Can Count On
Together, our team brings nearly 100 years of transportation and logistics experience. Many of us have been with Amark for more than a decade. That kind of tenure matters in freight. It means the person handling your shipment today is likely the same person who handled it last year, and the year before that.
Leadership
Richie Keane, Director of Operations Richie has been with Amark for more than 15 years and brings over 20 years of LTL and truckload experience. He leads shipment execution, carrier communication, claims support, process improvement and technology projects, with a focus on keeping Amark responsive and accountable from quote through delivery.
Marc Houlas, Director of Sales Marc is a third generation logistics professional with more than 15 years in transportation and over 10 years at Amark. He builds lasting customer relationships and helps clients find dependable freight solutions, especially for truckload and expedited shipments.
Frisco Caswell, Operations Manager Frisco has more than 20 years of transportation and logistics experience, including nearly 14 years with Amark. He brings hands on knowledge across LTL, truckload, air, rail, international shipments, warehousing and distribution, and he is known for doing exactly what he says he will do.
Sales
Will Irvine, Senior Account Executive Will has been with Amark for 7 years and has more than a decade of transportation experience. He is the main point of contact for many of our customers, helps bring in new business and prepares competitive quotes built around each customer’s needs.
Operations
Bill DiBuo, Shipment Coordinator Bill has been with Amark for over 13 years. He focuses mainly on LTL freight and knows the carriers, processes and details that keep LTL shipments moving.
Zach Reese, Shipment Coordinator Zach joined Amark in 2019. He focuses mainly on truckload shipments, coordinating carriers, watching shipment progress and keeping communication moving.
Frank Caswell, Shipment Coordinator Frank joined Amark in 2022. He came in without a formal logistics background, learned the business quickly and became a natural fit. Today he supports shipment activity, carrier follow up and customer communication every day.
Accounting
Pam Awad, Accounting Pam has been with Amark for more than 10 years and brings a strong background in both accounting and logistics. She handles billing, invoice questions and customer account needs, and her attention to detail keeps everything organized.
