Meet the Amark Team

Real People Behind Every Shipment

Amark Logistics is built around responsive service, practical freight knowledge, and people who stay involved. Meet the team helping customers manage shipments, solve problems, and keep freight moving.

Freight is easier to manage when you know who is helping you. At Amark Logistics, customers work with a team that understands transportation details, carrier communication, shipment visibility, billing questions, and the pressure that comes with customer commitments. Our people are the reason Amark can provide responsive, hands-on freight support instead of a one-size-fits-all broker experience.

From sales and operations to accounting, claims, and customer support, the Amark team works together to help customers move freight with more confidence and less guesswork.

A Team That Knows the Freight Behind the Shipment

Amark’s service model depends on people who pay attention. Technology helps with rating, tracking, document access, and reporting, but freight still needs experienced people who can review details, communicate clearly, and respond when something changes.

Customers rely on Amark because our team works to understand their freight, their preferences, their recurring lanes, and the problems they are trying to avoid. That familiarity helps us provide more practical support before, during, and after the shipment moves

How the Team Works Together

Freight Support Works Best When the Team Communicates

Amark’s customers benefit from a team approach. Sales, operations, accounting, claims, and support all play a role in helping freight move smoothly and helping customers understand what is happening when issues arise.

That internal communication matters. A shipment issue may involve carrier communication, customer expectations, billing review, delivery documentation, or claim support. Amark’s team works to connect those pieces so customers are not left managing the problem alone.

The Amark Difference Is Personal Accountability

Personal Service Still Matters in Freight

Freight technology has improved, but customers still need people who answer, follow up, and care about the outcome.

Amark’s team is built around accountability. We know that freight problems can affect production schedules, customer commitments, project timelines, and internal operations. That is why we work to stay engaged, communicate clearly, and help customers move from problem to next step.
